Specification
•Complete End user support on Hardware and Software supplied by the MoreCorp IT department. General Helpdesk queries/issues are dealt with via email as well as telephonic assistance throughout the day as well as weekend support (Rotated between technicians)
•Provide General IT support
•Managing Server, Exchange and SharePoint systems
•Create user accounts, assist & provide support on ERP System (InTouch)
•Helpdesk Software Administrator
•Assist the Pro Shop Corporate with IT requirements during Nedbank Golf Challenge
•Provide assistance and support to IT team with Ad-hoc tasks
•Communication

Requirements
•Breadth of technical knowledge
•Ability to learn the intricacies of new networking & server software packages
